I met Krystal at an open house she was hosting and I really admired how she had all the information about schools, shopping, airport, what recently sold in the area for what price, properties that were similar she also knew and pointed out if this home didn't resonate with me she knew 3 other ones in the same community knowing their price and information all from the top of her head. It's like she was selling me the community she had built lol knew it to a tee. I absolutely saw the care and effort she took into remembering all the info vs reading it or just giving me a paper to read it from like the other realtors i've dealt with. She also took the time to figure out what my family really was looking for and sent me a list of properties filtered down to exactly what we wanted. It was easy as 123 she set up a tour for my family and we absolutely loved the home and told her to get us a good deal and she got the price down with seller helping us pay for a buy down she negotiated on our behalf to get our interest rate down and got us our dream home. I rarely write reviews but this one was deserving. She even got us a Costco gift card to stock up our pantry and a dog store gift card for our 3 dogs. My wife says she was like our therapist, motivator, supporter, and always gave us options of what we could do. the contract part of business I really hate but she was able to explain to us everything we signed and that was really helpful knowing she knew exactly what she was doing vs sliding the paper across the table and say hear sign this lol.
